To those in the group that cleaned up the traffic circle at Exit 16, thank you! Beautiful job! My wife and I (80% my wife) attempted to keep the circle weed free and manage the plantings for four years and with multiple appeals to the City of Concord for mulch and plant fertilizer with zero responses, we simply got too old to continue. This is a true example of living in a community.
