The 1883 Black Ice Pond Hockey Tournament held at Concord’s White Park started early on Friday morning and will run all day Saturday. A storm is moving in on Sunday, so check their site and Facebook page for updates about Sunday’s schedule.

With teams from across the area, local vendors, many spectators and a bonfire, the tournament’s return to the outdoors was a great spectacle.

Here’s a selection of photos from Friday’s action.
