Letter: Gary Woods gets my vote

Gary Woods is a smart, kind and thoughtful man, long time resident of Concord and NH. He has had the benefit of a full and satisfying life, personally and professionally, and he is happy now to use his education and experience to make life better for those he would represent, the residents of Wards 5, 6, 7, and 8, as well as all of Concord and NH. Gary wants to see our public education system sufficiently supported by the state to maximize learning for all students. He wants to see good healthcare for all and to help clarify the background science so everyone can understand the importance of climate change.

He believes having a reasonable minimum wage is critical. Also, having simple guidelines, similar to getting a driver’s license, would be a good step toward providing gun safety for the people of NH. Having already served two terms in the House as well as having a career in health care, Gary truly understands the above issues. And he was chosen to be a part of the “Problem Solvers” committee (20 Republicans and 20 Democrats) in the House to find ways our NH House could move forward together. Please join me in voting for Gary Woods on Nov. 5 for Merrimack District 30, Concord Wards 5, 6, 7, and 8 to help NH move forward in a positive and constructive way for the benefit of all.
