State police arrested a Massachusetts woman accused of driving the wrong way on Interstate 93 after midnight Wednesday morning.

Grace Dionne, 22, of North Chelmsford, was charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and driving while intoxicated.

Around 1 a.m., state police received reports of a car driving south in the northbound lanes of I-93 in Ashland, traveling at “high speeds in the left lane,” police said.

An officer in the Sanborton Police Department found and pulled over Dionne’s vehicle, and a state police officer made the arrest after an investigation at the scene, a release stated.

Dionne was released on personal recognizance.
