Henniker Community School held its first Activity Day for students since Covid on June 2. This special day was also the first time ever students from all grade levels were involved. Previously, only students from kindergarten through grade 4 participated in Activity Day. This year all students from kindergarten through 6th grade could join the fun with 7 and 8th graders helping to assist the other students All students could try a variety of different activities including field hockey, cardiac drumming, drawing, arts and crafts, hair and nails, a scavenger hunt, mountain biking, fishing, nature hike, cooking, making bracelets, and soccer. Many thanks to NEC who allowed the students to play field hockey on their campus and to Henniker Police Fire and Rescue who gave tours of a fire truck, ambulance, and police car while answering questions about their jobs
