Mixing their foot-stomping danceable Americana sound with a sprinkling of Patriotic tunes, the DoBros are the featured Independence Day performers at the Angela Robinson Bandstand, Tuesday, July 4th beginning at 6:30 p.m.. The evening will include a dramatic reading and a tribute to Veterans as well as the well-loved music for which this homegrown group is known.

Consisting of the brothers Dobrowski: Luke on Banjo/Mandolin/Drums/Vocals, Ben playing Guitar/Resonator Guitar/Keyboards/Vocals as well as Colin Nevins on Guitar/Vocals, and Chris Spann-Weitz playing Bass, this Warner-based quartet has been performing both acoustic and electric music with a collection of original tunes and a healthy dose of classic covers throughout southern NH, Vermont and Massachusetts for 10 years. Each show is deeply rooted in improvisation, creating a unique and organic experience.

The Henniker Summer Music Series is presented by the town of Henniker and tonight’s co- sponsors: Henniker Massage whose team of seasoned Massage Therapists, enjoy offering their therapeutic touch to Henniker and surrounding communities and the Henniker Pharmacy, a full-service independent pharmacy providing a wide variety of services including conventional prescription filling and durable medical goods as well as a large selection of gifts, wines, and sundries.

All concerts are free (although donations are welcome), begin at 6:30 p.m. and take place at the Angela Robinson Bandstand at Community Park, Main Street. Should there be inclement weather, the concert will move indoors to the adjacent Community Center.
