Highlights: The Pride had six goals in the first three quarters from five different players. MV also had an 11-6 advantage in corners.

We were able to sub pretty fluidly throughout the game to stay cool in this heat and everyone stepped up. It was a full-team effort. I was very happy with our ball movement through the midfield. Highlights:  The Falcons swept a four-team match on their home course at Beaver Meadow.

Coach’s quote: “A 191 in the heat, and on a side of the course we don’t often play, was phenomenal. The group played really solid and we were led by another excellent score from Guerrette. When the highest score is a 41, you know that you have a chance against most competitors. Now the next hurdle is to take it on the road. Highlights: Kingsbury’s had two birdies to score a 39 to lead MV, while Surprenant, Davis, Cote and Lauren also posted strong rounds on the Pride’s home course at Loudon Country Club.
