Letter: Who’s really calling the shots in New Hampshire?

They weren’t here for sightseeing; They were here to push a libertarian agenda that doesn’t reflect the values of New Hampshire’s residents. (Read more at https://nhlibertyforum.com/)

Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut was a featured speaker. His topic? How to make Education Freedom Accounts (EFAs) happen. This should alarm every taxpayer, parent and teacher in the state. The Free Staters already hold seats in our House and Senate and are behind the disastrous budget that gives millions to the rich and private schools while taking from public services and schools. The governor supports them. These Free Staters also have a network — from realtors to moving companies — helping relocate families who think New Hampshire taxpayers will fund their agenda while they work to undo the fabric of our state. It’s up to us to know who our representatives are, and if they are Free Staters, call them out and begin now to make sure they aren’t reelected for another term. Don’t wait for others to organize. One person’s voice, heard repeatedly, will inspire others to follow. Eyes open. Voices loud.
