Instead of light conversations around a meal, Granite VNA, in partnership with Bennett Funeral Home, is hosting a dinner on Wednesday where attendees will engage in conversations about death and dying.

Guided by end-of-life experts from a hospice team, this intimate gathering dubbed “Death over Dinner” will be held on April 17 at the Celebration of Life Center at Bennett Funeral Home in Concord at 6 p.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to openly express their thoughts on death and dying.

“Death over Dinner provides an environment for participants to openly express their thoughts about death and dying,” said Kris Green, Granite VNA Chief Hospice Officer. “Although different for everyone, the process of sharing these feelings enables us to prepare for challenging moments and reaffirm what is most important to us.”

This event is free of charge and open to the public, but space is limited, so pre-registration is required.
