Boys’ Indoor Track

Bishop Brady 4th, Bow tied 5th, Belmont 7th, Merrimack Valley 9th, Winnisquam tied 12th

Key players: Bishop Brady –  Josh Gentchos (1st 55 dash in 6.74 seconds, 3rd 300), Alan Yap (2nd 300, 4th 55 dash); Bow – Alden Betterley (1st 1,000 in 2:42), Sean Nicholls (2nd shot put), 4x400 (3rd); Belmont  Damien Sanborn (2nd 55 dash), Brady Filteau (4th shot put), David Tripp (6th 55 hurdles, 6th long jump), Hunter Erlick (6th shot put), 4x400 (4th), 4x200 (5th); MV – Mychal Reynolds (3rd 55 hurdles, 5th 300, 6th 1,000), Van Barlow (tied 3rd high jump), Brayden Laroche (5th 55 hurdles); Winnisquam – Brendan Goodwin (1st 600 in 1:31)

Highlights: Souhegan (102 points) ran away with the team title in an 18-team meet at Plymouth State on Saturday morning. Salem (49), Milford (42), Bishop Brady (28), Bow (24), Kingswood (24), Belmont (21), Prospect Mountain (16) and MV (15) were the top nine teams. Winnisquam had 10 points and Franklin competed, but did not score.

Concord 6th

Key players: Concord – Carter Cutrer (tied 3rd high jump), Jackson Borkush (4th 55 dash), 4x160 (2nd), 4x400 (6th)

Highlights:  The Tide finished sixth out of eight teams in a meet at UNH on Saturday afternoon. Pinkerton (147) cruised to the win, followed by Bedford (72), Nashua North (43), Manchester Memorial (36), Bishop Guertin (32), Concord (18), Exeter (8) and Windham (8).

Pembroke 3rd

Key players: Pembroke – Hayden Petersons (1st 1,500 in 5:22), Brandon Lurvey (3rd 300), Zachery Heichlinger (3rd shot put), Merric Harrington (4th shot put), 4x160 (3rd), 4x400 (3rd)

Girls’ Indoor Track

Key players: Bow – Hannah Pawlowski (1st 600 in 1:53, 1st 1,000 in 3:15), Charlotte Weiss (1st shot put at 25-7.25), Lexi Insana (2nd 600), Julia Hou (2nd 1,000), Mackenzie Szczepanik (2nd high jump), Charlotte Larochelle (3rd long jump, 6th 300), Sabrina Bernard (3rd shot put), Emily Fauteux (4th 55 hurdles), Camden Wilson (4th high jump), 4x400 (2nd), 4x200 (6th); Belmont – Adeline Takantjas (2nd 55 hurdles), Hannah Young (4th long jump, 5th 55 dash), Eleni Papadopoulos (4th 600), Jaelyn Nialetz (5th 300), 4x200 (3rd), 4x400 (3rd); Franklin – Deanna Desmarais (6th shot put); MV – Madison Geddes (6th 1,000); Bishop Brady –  Sarah Allen (tied 6th long jump)

Highlights:  Pawlowski won both the 600 and 1,000 meters, leading teammates in 1-2 finishes in those events, and freshman Weiss won the shot put as the Falcons topped an 18-team field at Plymouth State on Saturday morning. Bow scored 84 points, followed by Salem (74), Kingswood (42), Prospect Mountain (36) and Belmont (32) in the top five. Franklin (1), Merrimack Valley (1), Bishop Brady (0.5) and Winnisquam (no score) were the other area teams that competed.

Concord 2nd

Key players: Concord – Caroline Cooper (1st 55 dash in 7.52 seconds, 1st 300 in 43.43 seconds), Madeline Muller (1st 600 in 1:47), Morgan Doherty (2nd 55 hurdles, 3rd long jump), Kelley Mikelson (3rd high jump, 4th long jump), Ayva Mullen (3rd shot put, 5th long jump), Madeleine Short (5th 1,500), Gianna Gualtieri (6th 600), Allyse Brien (tied 6th high jump), 4x160 (1st), 4x400 (4th)

Highlights: Cooper won both sprinting events as the Tide narrowly finished second to Bedford in an eight-team meet at UNH on Saturday. Bedford had 80.5 points, while Concord scored 79.5. Pinkerton (75.5), Nashua North (51), Bishop Guertin (20.5), Windham (17), Manchester Memorial (12) and Exeter (5) were the other team scores.

Pembroke 8th

Key players: Pembroke – Jasmine Blake (3rd high jump), Alexis Brown (3rd 55 hurdles), Avery Kelly (4th 55 hurdles), 4x160 (3rd)

Highlights:  The Spartans finished eighth out of 13 teams in a meet on Saturday morning at UNH. Newmarket and Kennett tied for the lead with 56 points. Sanborn was third with 40 points, while Pembroke scored 22.

Kearsarge 8th

Key players: Kearsarge – Riley Raynes (4th high jump), Abby Bradbury (6th 55 hurdles, 6th long jump), 4x200 (5th)

Highlights: The Cougars finished eighth out of nine teams in a meet at Plymouth State on Saturday afternoon. Nashua South (104 points), Spaulding (58) and Keene (57) were the top three teams. Kearsarge scored eight points.
